Good morning! We have been debating a while about our son’s name, finally settled on [name_m]David[/name_m] for first, because it is a sturdy name, not really one we love, but that’s okay. We want to honor his great grandpa, who loves him very much. His name is Basiel. My husband suggested possibly spelling it with a z, [name_m]Bazel[/name_m]. We do not really want [name_m]Basil[/name_m], as in the herb.
We are adopting, and a name change is strongly suggested. The great grandparents will stay in his life, though.
He is more like a [name_m]Maverick[/name_m], or Wylder [name_m]Hart[/name_m], but since he is so behaviorally challenging, we decided against naming him a name to suggest that, lol. I think that is one reason husband wants a z, it is a little bit different.
We are submitting his name today. Thanks for any help on this.
[name_m]Bazel[/name_m] could work though I’d probably just stick with Basiel
In the middle spot, I’d just go with Basiel.
Concept: Baziel
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Congrats on your adoption! I for one really like the name [name_m]David[/name_m]. [name_m]David[/name_m] Basiel is extremely handsome. I would absolutely just keep Basiel. It’s just his mn, so you wouldn’t have to worry about it being misspelled. And it’s more special that way.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
