I think Brecken is a fine name, but the similar endings of ‘Brecken [name]Ryan[/name]’ throw me off a bit.

I think either [name]Breckin[/name] or Brecken would be fine.

I think the name is lovely and I like the [name]Breccan[/name] spelling. Looking at it spelled Brecken makes me think of braking or broken. And I just don’t like the way that [name]Breckin[/name] looks… kind of reminds me of a brake in.
Either way you spell it I still think it’s a lovely name.

Honestly, my favorite spelling is [name]Brecon[/name], but otherwise i’d go with the original. The -ck- in the others reminds me of chicken, and makes it look less authentic/more made up. Since its not a made-up name, i wouldn’t want to make it seem like it was, since it’s such a great name.

I think the original Irish spelling would look best!

Honestly, I don’t like any of these. I would spell it like Breckon. But quite nice sound.

I like Brecken best - even though I usually favor original spellings. Not sure where that puts my vote.

I love it! I prefer the original Irish [name]Breccan[/name]. [name]Breccan[/name] [name]Ryan[/name] is so handsome!

I also like the original Irish spelling of [name]Breccan[/name]. It’s straightforward and doesn’t need the trendy “k” to aide in pronunciation. I agree with [name]Ash[/name], [name]Breccan[/name] [name]Ryan[/name] is handsome!

I am considering/trying to talk my husband into that name. I was thinking about spelling it just Breken because then the nickname could be spelled short. I also like just Brek maybe.
