Addae I would assume was pronounced like [name_f]Addie[/name_f] but with the long A sound instead of the E sound.
(so like [name_m]ADD[/name_m]-day)
Adae makes it obvious that the emphasis is on the second syllable: ah-[name_u]DAY[/name_u].

I vote Adae. While I would assume both spellings were pronounced the same, Addae reminds me visually of [name_f]Addie[/name_f] and that throws me off enough to prefer the other spelling. =] Also, Addae looks a bit more like you’re trying to be creative with spelling. Adae is just more straightforward.
I voted for Adae because the second “d” in Addae makes it look like it should be pronounce [name_m]AD[/name_m]-day.
