I like [name_f]Margot[/name_f]
I think that [name_f]Margo[/name_f] is the cutest and simplest, definitely with the least amount of spelling and pronunciation errors.
I was just thinking about [name_f]Margo[/name_f] vs. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] vs. [name_f]Margaux[/name_f]! I think I’ll be in the minority (I’m betting on [name_f]Margot[/name_f] winning out) but [name_f]Margot[/name_f], despite giving off a vintage vibe, is really reminiscent of maggot to me. And [name_f]Margo[/name_f] just looks incomplete to me, but is proobably the best bet if you’re worried about pronunciation and spelling problems.
I personally prefer [name_f]Margaux[/name_f], even with the wine connection, as it looks more sophisticated, and is more aesthetically pleasing to my eye. But whichever spelling, I really like [name_f]Margaux[/name_f]; a fashionable and stylish vintage choice.
Lately I’ve really been appreciating [name_f]Margo[/name_f], although in general I would say [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] doesn’t feel like a very feminine [name_m]French[/name_m] name to me, personally–it’s more reminiscent of towns like Bordeaux, or masculine plural words like (beaux). [name_f]Margo[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] feel spunky, European, and elegant, imo. But definitely [name_f]Margo[/name_f] for now–I like her a lot.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] looks like maggot to me, too.
[name_f]Margaux[/name_f] will be butchered.
[name_f]Margo[/name_f] is clean and straight-forward.
Definitely [name_f]Margot[/name_f]!!
I have never liked [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] and [name_f]Margo[/name_f] is an American made-up spelling for me.
I prefer [name_f]Margot[/name_f].
I like both [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Margo[/name_f]!
I love this name with the [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] spelling as I associate it with [name_m]Hemingway[/name_m].
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] feels like the most classic.
