[name]Baby[/name] #4 is due in [name]June[/name]! I am looking for some nice, spring inspired girl names with a spiritual meaning. Here are some contenders. Please add thoughts and suggestions! If he’s a boy he will be named [name]Moses[/name]. Sibs are [name]Francisco[/name], [name]August[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] [name]Hope[/name].

[name]Sunday[/name] (nn [name]Sunday[/name])
[name]Honora[/name] or [name]Honor[/name]
[name]Easter[/name]
[name]Paloma[/name]
[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Mary[/name]-[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Mary[/name]-[name]Louise[/name]
[name]Juniper[/name] (nn [name]June[/name])

Other suggestions??

[name]Daffodil[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Primrose[/name], [name]Poppy[/name], [name]Hyacinth[/name], [name]Rain[/name], [name]Anastasia[/name], [name]Aviva[/name], [name]Chloe[/name].
From your list I like [name]Juniper[/name], [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Paloma[/name].

[name]Paloma[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name] are my favorites from your list!

Other ideas:
[name]Acacia[/name] – Is associated with resurrection, mentioned in the Bible
[name]Anastasia[/name] - means “resurrection”
[name]Fleur[/name]

Names that mean life: [name]Eve[/name], [name]Chava[/name]/[name]Hava[/name] (prn. Hah-va), [name]Vida[/name], [name]Zoe[/name], [name]Vivian[/name], [name]Viviana[/name]

When in [name]June[/name] is she/he due? After 21st it’s officially summer, so keep that in mind if she/he comes later!

I love [name]Sunday[/name], but I don’t see it really aging well. I like it in the middle alot though!

[name]Rose[/name] is more early spring than [name]June[/name] to me, but it works! I love [name]Juniper[/name] nn [name]June[/name]! I think it fits lovely with her sister being [name]Lily[/name]!

I think [name]Sunday[/name], [name]Honora[/name], [name]Paloma[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name] are gorgeous! I don’t like [name]Lily[/name] and [name]Rose[/name] together at all.

[name]Francisco[/name], [name]August[/name], [name]Lily[/name] & [name]Juniper[/name]/[name]Sunday[/name] would be lovely.

Thanks everyone. Due date is actually [name]June[/name] 22, so he/she will be a summer solstice baby! I really want the name to focus on a resurrection type theme, and I’ve seen some great suggestions! I also love [name]Paloma[/name], but we are big on nick names, and I’m not sure what nicknames I like for [name]Paloma[/name]. So far, [name]Sunday[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name] are my current favorites!

Lo/[name]Lola[/name] as a nickname for [name]Paloma[/name] would work if you like that?

[name]Juniper[/name] is my favorite but I also really like [name]Sunday[/name] for you.

I think with siblings [name]August[/name] and [name]Lily[/name], [name]Sunday[/name] and [name]Easter[/name] might not be the best choice. [name]August[/name] and [name]Sunday[/name] are month/day names and [name]Easter[/name] [name]Lily[/name] has a very specific connotation… unless that’s what you’re going for, and in that case it totally works. I like [name]Paloma[/name] nn [name]Lola[/name]. It’s cute.

I think many of your options strike me as early spring-y rather than summery.

[name]Anastasia[/name] (“resurrection”)
Ambrosine (“eternal life”)
[name]Theresa[/name] (“late summer”; St [name]Theresa[/name] of Avila)
[name]Vera[/name] (“faith” in Slavic, “true” in Latin, “summer” in Albanian)
[name]Talitha[/name] (by tradition: the young girl [name]Jesus[/name] resurrected from the dead)
[name]Beatrix[/name] / [name]Beatrice[/name]: “Voyager through life, blessed”
[name]Eve[/name] / [name]Eva[/name]: “life” in Hebrew; biblically, the first woman from whom all life arose
Saisha: “meaningful life, truth of life” in Sanskrit
[name]Tansy[/name]: sweet nickname for [name]Anastasia[/name]; a flower
[name]Vita[/name] / [name]Vida[/name]: “life”
[name]Vivian[/name]: “lively”
[name]Junia[/name]: an apostle mentioned briefly in the New Testament; a name derived from [name]Juno[/name]/[name]June[/name]
[name]Pearl[/name]: the birthstone for [name]June[/name]; a nod to [name]Christ[/name] as the [name]Pearl[/name] of Great [name]Price[/name], and a symbol of purity

Flowers that bloom in [name]June[/name]:
[name]Rose[/name] (the birthflower): [name]Rosalie[/name], [name]Rosalind[/name], [name]Rosemary[/name]
[name]Acacia[/name]
[name]Lily[/name]
[name]Amaryllis[/name]
[name]Aster[/name]
[name]Marigold[/name]
[name]Calla[/name]
[name]Delphine[/name] (delphinium flower)
[name]Gloria[/name] (glory of God; the gloriosa lily)
[name]Lilac[/name]
[name]Stephania[/name] (stephanotis)

[name]Sun[/name]/Warm weather names:

[name]Cymbeline[/name]
[name]Eliana[/name]
[name]Idalia[/name]
[name]Kalinda[/name]
[name]Soleil[/name]
[name]Calida[/name]

Soul/spirit:

[name]Alma[/name] (Spanish for ‘soul’)
[name]Columba[/name] (‘dove,’ the symbol for the Holy [name]Spirit[/name])
[name]Damia[/name]
[name]Fiammetta[/name] (Italian for “flaming,” which relates to the flames that descended on the crowd at Pentecost-- celebrated in [name]June[/name]. Also refers to the poetic epithet ‘flaming [name]June[/name].’)

I was going to suggest [name]June[/name] - just [name]June[/name], not [name]Juniper[/name] - but seeing as you already have an [name]August[/name] that might be a bit much. (Then again, they are both considered names in their own right, not just months.) My favorite from your list is [name]Paloma[/name], nicknamed Lo or [name]Lola[/name]. If you like the sound of [name]Easter[/name], the name [name]Esther[/name] - possibly Persian for “star” - might be a nice alternative.
