[name]Hi[/name] all! I am pregnant with #5, due in [name]November[/name]. We don’t know the sex yet, but as I am predisposed to producing girls, I am stressing over girl names! We have some options on the table and I just wanted some opinions or maybe suggestions.
[name]Baby[/name] will join older sibs [name]Juliet[/name] [name]Rose[/name], [name]Willow[/name] [name]Katherine[/name], [name]Adam[/name] [name]Isaac[/name], and [name]Arielle[/name] [name]Susanne[/name].
The current forerunners are:
[name]Piper[/name] [name]Abigail[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Abigail[/name]
[name]Clementine[/name] [name]June[/name]
I am set on [name]Abigail[/name] in the middle, except with [name]Clementine[/name] (it is too long with a three-syllable surname.)
My fiance loves [name]Piper[/name]. As far as he knows, that is THE name I was set on it, but then my mom pointed out that the lack of an L in the name really made it flow poorly with my daughter’s names, and she’s right. I love it as a spunky little girl name, that will grow into a spunky name for a woman as time goes on and this generation of Pipers and Harpers grows up, but… That ruined it for me
this is the only thing holding me back. Were this my first or second baby, [name]Piper[/name] it would be, but the flow issue with three flowy girl names is a big deterrent right now.
I love [name]Penelope[/name] but I fear that, much like [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Willow[/name] did the years I used them, it is going to have a huge popularity spike. I love the varied nickname potential and that it is at once tough and pretty.
[name]Clementine[/name] is my fallback, the one name we completely agree on. I am not in love with it, but it fits into the family well and has the level of sass I like
Fiance wants [name]Abigail[/name] as a first name, but I don’t prefer traditional first names, I like unusual but recognizable fn with traditional middle names if they decide their first names are too strange or unprofessional.
Opinions? Suggestions for names with a similar feel that involve the letter L and flow well with my daughter’s names? Advice? [name]TIA[/name]!!
