[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there, we are looking for a spunky, sweet name for our baby girl that is smart yet casual. We don’t mind that many of our options sound like nicknames as there are so many different names these days anyway. We would love opinions on our list so far - or any other suggestions that fit the style we have come up with so far. Our surname is a little tricky, starts with P and ends with an ‘ew’ sound. Options so far are:
[name_f]Evie[/name_f] (We like that this is classic yet casual)
[name_f]Stella[/name_f] (love this but not sure if it sounds too much like the beer, esp as our extended family are English)
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (I love, but DH is not the biggest fan)
[name_f]Naia[/name_f] (We both love, but we already have to spell our surname so not sure if its a good idea)
[name_f]Zara[/name_f] / [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] (We both like, but not sure if we love)
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] (Again, quite like but spelling may be a problem and initials PP doesn’t seem great)
Middle name will be [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] or Hallora (both honor names).
