[name_u]Constantine[/name_u] is the only one I like. I could get behind [name_u]Stanley[/name_u] on the right guy though.

Agreed. I like [name_u]Constantine[/name_u], but not too many of the others. I can sort of get behind [name_m]Stanislas[/name_m]/-slav/-slaw, [name_m]Stanford[/name_m], and [name_u]Stanley[/name_u], but I wouldn’t want to use them, really. I love [name_u]Constantine[/name_u]/[name_u]Konstantin[/name_u] a lot, though.

  1. [name_u]Stanley[/name_u] I see [name_u]Stanley[/name_u] as a good solid man, a good husband and father. [name_m]Marlon[/name_m] [name_m]Brando[/name_m] be damned.
  2. [name_m]Stan[/name_m] I see [name_m]Stan[/name_m] as a hard-working man, someone who works with his hands.
  3. [name_m]Stanton[/name_m] I picture a kind of thin, skinny-legged jeans hipster.
  4. [name_m]Constant[/name_m] I find this one an endearing nickname for [name_u]Constantine[/name_u]. A loving man.
  5. [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] Rather an elaborate name with sophistication.
  6. [name_m]Dunstan[/name_m] I picture a Scottish laird.
  7. [name_m]Stanford[/name_m] A snob.
  8. [name_m]Stanislas[/name_m] Exotic, good looking.
  9. [name_m]Stanislaw[/name_m]A political rebel.
  10. Stanislav8[/QUOTE] Rather stern, with a fur hat.

[name_u]Stanley[/name_u]/[name_m]Stan[/name_m] is old man to me so I would choose [name_u]Constantine[/name_u] without the [name_m]Stan[/name_m] nickname.
