Could the name [name_f]Rhoda[/name_f] be a steampunk name? I’m only asking because I’m currently working on a steampunk novel and the majority of my characters have more unique and strange names compared to it, such as [name_f]Sen[/name_f] (male), Alizae nn Zae (female), [name_m]Lander[/name_m], Gilline, etc. Does it fit at all, or am I just over-stressing?
I think it works and I think [name_f]Rhoda[/name_f] is a super cool name. The Rh combo makes it stand out. You could always make it short for Rhododendron if you really want it to have more of a unique out-there quality.
PS- I am not any sort of expert on steampunk anything

Hmm, I think the right sort of character could pull it off. [name_f]Rhea[/name_f] has a bit more of a steampunk feel to me.
