Could [name_f]Pia[/name_f] or [name_f]Sia[/name_f] work as nn for [name_f]Stephania[/name_f]?
If so, which of the two do you prefer.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.

I like the nickname [name_f]Sia[/name_f] for [name_f]Stephania[/name_f].
[name_f]Ania[/name_f] and [name_f]Nia[/name_f] also come to mind with an “ia” ending.
I am not too fond of [name_f]Pia[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Sia[/name_f] could be a very sweet nickname
I also like @missasolemnis suggestion of [name_f]Nia[/name_f] and [name_f]Ania[/name_f] as alternatives.
I like [name_f]Pia[/name_f] and the suggestion of [name_f]Nia[/name_f] for [name_f]Stephania[/name_f]. Not too keen on [name_f]Sia[/name_f] because it just reminds me of the singer, plus it sounds a little hissy to me.
[name_f]Fia[/name_f] is one of my favourite short, lively names, and I think would make a great nickname for [name_f]Stephania[/name_f].
@katinka [name_f]Fia[/name_f] is lovely. Thanks, berries!
