I like the sound of [name_u]Sterling[/name_u]! It reminds me of [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], fun and adventurous. I might slightly prefer [name_u]Starling[/name_u], like the bird, but both are nice.
Greyling sounds more like a creature than a name to me to be honest, sorry!
I would like [name_u]Starling[/name_u] except they mass together in a bit of a nuisance. I tend to like animal names in general though so I don’t mind the fish association (I love [name_m]Kenelm[/name_m] [name_u]Trout[/name_u] as a combo!).
Sterling [name_u]Archer[/name_u] is my one [name_u]Sterling[/name_u] association and let’s just say he definitely does not have a sterling character! I guess I also like sterling silver.
Starling is also fun! [name_u]Starling[/name_u] [name_f]Marte[/name_f] is one of my favorite baseball players. He has a son named [name_u]Starling[/name_u], and Smerling (??)
I’ve always had a soft spot for [name_u]Sterling[/name_u]. Not a big fan of Greyling. I think just [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is very nice though. [name_u]Sterling[/name_u] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]!
Hmmm… I might have to add [name_u]Sterling[/name_u] to my list! It’s such a great name! Greyling is definitely more unique than [name_u]Grayson[/name_u], and I could see myself growing to like it! It’d work well as a middle name.
Greyling kind of sounds like a species of alien. I like grey by itself tho. I knew someone who named her son [name_u]Gray[/name_u] and I thought it was very cute. [name_u]Sterling[/name_u] isn’t my cup of tea either, but I think it sounds nice as a duo, “sterling and grey.”
