I know it looks like a bad spelled of the name [name]Stevie[/name] but I saw it the other day and I’m fascinated with it!
I do believe there is supposed to be an umlaut over the “e” so does anybody have any idea how to properly pronounce it?
Or know where it came from? 
I’ve been pronouncing it Stev-yay but it could be Stev-ya as well!
