[name_m]Even[/name_m] though I am so thrilled to be keeping this baby a surprise, it’s becoming so difficult to decide and agree on names! We have some finalists, but we are by no means convinced on anything. Twin siblings are [name_m]Asher[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] “[name_f]Elli[/name_f]” [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. Prefer Biblical/Hebrew/Jewish style names and the middle name will be another J name. MUST have two syllables or more for a first name, since we have a very short one syllable last name. Please help me decide on the best combos, or offer up suggestions if you have any.
We are more decided for girls…both hubby and I love all 3 of these…
[name_u]Eden[/name_u]- I’ve always loved this name, like that it’s a vowel but has an EEE sound. I also think “[name_f]Edie[/name_f]” is a cute nickname, and I do love nicknames.
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f] “[name_f]Miri[/name_f]”- It’s my mom’s middle name, fits all my criteria. I also love how the nickname [name_f]Miri[/name_f] works with [name_f]Elli[/name_f] as a sibset.
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f]- Ok, I know it’s rising in popularity, but I’ve always loved this spunky name. [name_f]My[/name_f] only issue is that it kind of IS a nickname, and I don’t like the idea of [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] and then nn [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. But my husband is IN [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] with this name.
Boys I am even more lost. We like, but aren’t in love with…
[name_m]Oren[/name_m]
[name_m]Milo[/name_m]
[name_m]Miles[/name_m]
[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_m]Levi[/name_m]
[name_m]Abram[/name_m]
Middle name for these could be [name_u]Jordan[/name_u], [name_m]Job[/name_m], [name_m]Jaron[/name_m], [name_m]Jonah[/name_m], etc
I love [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] “[name_f]Miri[/name_f]” best of your girl options. Is [name_f]Joy[/name_f] not an option for a mn with [name_f]Miriam[/name_f]? [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] would be my pick.
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is also very sweet–I actually wouldn’t mind [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] nn “[name_f]Sadie[/name_f]” [name_f]Joy[/name_f].
For boys, I like… actually I like all of them. [name_m]Levi[/name_m] seems like a natural fit with [name_m]Asher[/name_m]. I also love the nature meanings of [name_m]Oren[/name_m] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u].
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite of your boy names is [name_m]Levi[/name_m]. Otherwise, how about [name_m]Reuben[/name_m], [name_m]Samson[/name_m], [name_u]Noah[/name_u], or [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]?
I love [name_u]Eden[/name_u] but it feels a little trendy, so I think I like [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] a little more! [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is adorable, really like this. I think [name_m]Asher[/name_m], [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] are lovely together.
I think [name_m]Asher[/name_m], [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] and [name_m]Miles[/name_m] is a perfect sibset, and I would go with [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] or [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_u]Jordan[/name_u].
I almost used [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] for my daughter last yr, another name from our list won out once we met her, but if she gets a sister one day I’m almost sure we’ll use it! I also loooove your combo [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f], how gorgeous! I think I’d put [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] slightly ahead though, just because it rounds out the sibset so well. For boys I love emsky’s suggestions [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], especially since they come with solid nicknames [name_m]Sol[/name_m] and [name_m]Gabe[/name_m]. I notice your current boys list is mostly 2syllable names though, so maybe 3 syll suggestions are out?
Others you might like [name_m]Isaac[/name_m], [name_m]Tobin[/name_m], [name_u]Hunter[/name_u], [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m], [name_m]Benno[/name_m], [name_m]Matteo[/name_m], [name_m]Lowell[/name_m], [name_u]Merritt[/name_u].
