[name_m]Hi[/name_m], so I’m thinking about writing a new story. [name_f]Every[/name_f] time I try to write an actual book, I either decide that it’s terrible, since I’m a perfectionist, or just get writer’s block. I kind of want to write a story about something that has to do with magi or powers, but I don’t know if it’s too overdone. I’m also considering to write about a Dystopian society, but I don’t have any ideas. If you have any ideas for any fiction genre, please reply! Thanks! 
What about a mix of dystopian and powers? Like maybe some sort of magical force/nuclear thing gives all living creatures powers, and so the world falls into ruins
Or maybe some sort of science fiction about powers? Maybe a group decides to experiment and the outcome is one or more of them having powers (whether it’s intentional is up to you)
Or maybe some sort of magi society where people born with magi gets put on a pedestal, but try writing from the perspective of the people/person born with magi, instead of the people/person born without. Some might like to be treated as royalty, some might hate it, etc
