I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the combo [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]! But I still love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] more as a first and a bit more with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is really nice too. Is [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] an option? or [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Veronica[/name_f]?

I’ve considered [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], but [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] to me is more “old lady” than [name_f]Violet[/name_f], so I’m afraid the combo feels too dowdy. [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] is pretty up front, but I really like names that end in “a” with our last name. I’m open to other middle name suggestions for [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]!

I voted [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]

Would he consider [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] as the first name…it’s trending a bit though

Like:
[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] - alluring but dated
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] - a little matronly but brownie points for being ‘unexpected’ and pairing it w/ [name_f]Violet[/name_f] adds whimsy

I have never liked [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] and I like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f].

I like them both but [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] does go a little better with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].

Does [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] go by a nickname? Would a [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] or [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] go by a nickname?

Good luck!

[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] got my vote. It has a great flow, and works better (I feel) with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].

[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is awesome! [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] is a refreshingly nice combination. I do prefer [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] as the first name tho…So my vote is for either [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] or [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]. Congrats!

I love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]! [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] is pretty, but I think it gets shortened to [name_u]Ronnie[/name_u] a lot and I’m not a fan of that nickname.

[name_m]Both[/name_m] of these names are beautiful! [name_m]Both[/name_m] are paired with amazing middle names too. I like [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] better as a first name and I have a cousin named [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] so I voted for [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]. Plus I love the name [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]. But for some reason, [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] just sounds right and very pretty together. Such a hard decision! You have mastered the art of putting a classic with something a bit trendy with these names. Hmmm…I love them both!

Can I just say I love both your choices, I voted [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] because I love the name just that much more than [name_f]Veronica[/name_f]. Either way your daughter will have a lovely name

Wow the poll is so close! I really appreciate the kind feedback. Someone asked about nicknames. Our [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is is almost always [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], but occassionally [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. I’m not big on planning nicknames and really like using names in full, but if I had to pick I’d use Vee for [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] and [name_u]Romy[/name_u] for [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]. I would actively correct people if they tried to make [name_u]Ronnie[/name_u] happen.

I may want to change my initial vote…

I think [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] does flow better with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and the more I say it, the more I like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]. It’s not dowdy.

I love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f].

[name_f]Veronica[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] is a pretty combination, but something about [name_f]Veronica[/name_f] always puts me off. It feels very in your face and even a tad sexualized to me. Not sure why, I’ve never known anyone named [name_f]Veronica[/name_f].
