Stuck on character names

I’m writing a story and am stuck on what to name the siblings and parents of the main character. Also need ideas for her friends. Any help appreciated:)
Main character:
She is a typical teen. She is 15-16 years old and is in 10th grade. She has naturally wavy hair that is a blonde-brown colour which falls just above her waist. She has a small group of friends but has two close friends that she trusts with her life. She is smart, imaginative, curious, loyal and sensative. She is there for her friends. She has a crush on her friend but hasn’t told anyone. She doesn’t want to offend anyone or hurt anyone. She isnt very girly but not a full on tomboy. She tries to blend in. She struggles in large groups and prefers to work on her own. She has never had a boyfriend. I’m thinking of [name_f]Liana[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] or [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or something like this. Not sure whether to give her a pretty name or a more tomboy name.

Younger sister: She is about 10 years old. She is smart and friendly. She is spunky and sweet and often helps out with the twins even though she is so young. She loves animals and wants to become a vet. She is understanding but stubborn. She has the same hazel eyes as her dad and older sister but white blonde hair like her mother had as a girl. She loves soccer and reading. Maybe [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] or [name_f]Isla[/name_f].

Twins: boy/girl. They are about 6 years old and in first grade. The boy is outspoken and funny and loves making people laugh and being the centre of attention. He has a never ending supply of energy and loves cricket. He enjoys school but HATES spelling and reading. He loves his twin sister and always tries to include her.
The girl is shy but not around people she knows well. She is bubbly and enjoy giving people little presents that she finds and makes. She loves to colour in and learning new words. She is determined and loves cuddles. She looks up to her older siblings and misses her dad.

Mum: She married her high school sweetheart and had her eldest daughter when she was 19. She works in a children’s hospital and works long hours. When the twins were 3 she found out her husband was cheating on her and he left her. She relies heavily on her eldest to help with the younger kids.

Dad: he walked out on his family and currently lives with his girlfriend who he cheated on his wife with. They have a 10 month old son (named what??). He lives life as it comes and doesn’t worry about how his decisions affect others. He used to be a real estate agent but is currently trying to set up his own business.

Girlfriend: 32, blonde and “perfect”. Is actually sweet, caring and likeable.

Best friend: funny, stubborn, a leader and loves her friends. She is pretty and makes friends easily. [name_m]Will[/name_m] do anything for her best friend. Has a serious boyfriend and they have been dating for 8 months. Blonde, dead straight hair that is halfway down her back and bright blue eyes. She is spunky and doesn’t care what people think of her. I’m thinking [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Tess[/name_f] or [name_f]Stella[/name_f].

Best friends boyfriend: I’m thinking [name_u]Tyler[/name_u]. He is attractive and really cares for his girlfriend. Loves footy. He gets along quite well with girlfriends best friend but they aren’t super close.

[name_m]Guy[/name_m] friend/Other best friend/Crush: he was new to the school a few months ago and accidentally became friends with main character. Liked her for a while but she didn’t show any interest in him. He always turns to her for advice. Is easy to manipulate and distract. Is fun and loves sport in particular basketball and footy. Has dark brown hair and chocolate eyes.

[name_m]New[/name_m] girl: very pretty, became popular quickly, bubbly, bright, flirty, sassy, daring, bitchy to some and loves being the centre of attention. She has her eyes on main characters guy friend and tries to separate them. She flirts with every second guy she sees. Stuck on names here but considering [name_u]Piper[/name_u].

Also just needing a list of friends for main character and for a few other of the teens. Any ideas?

Main Character - I think the name [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] suits her. Maybe she could be [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], with the nn [name_u]Jules[/name_u] or something? Not too girly, but not super tomboy-ish either.

Younger [name_f]Sister[/name_f] - I like the name [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] for her. It seems spunky like she is. (Maybe [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] or the like as a full name?) If not [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], maybe [name_u]Josie[/name_u]? They both seem like they would fit her.

Twins - for the girl, maybe something like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], or [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] would work. For the boy, [name_m]William[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u], or [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] come to mind.

Mum - maybe [name_u]Stacy[/name_u], [name_f]Crystal[/name_f], [name_f]Amanda[/name_f], [name_f]Lori[/name_f], [name_f]Erin[/name_f], or [name_f]Monique[/name_f] would work.

Dad - [name_m]Paul[/name_m], [name_m]Todd[/name_m], [name_m]Keith[/name_m], [name_m]Eric[/name_m], [name_m]Craig[/name_m], and [name_m]Bruce[/name_m] seem like they would fit.

Girlfriend - [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Brenda[/name_f], [name_u]Lindsay[/name_u], [name_f]Alicia[/name_f], [name_f]Angela[/name_f], or [name_f]Kristin[/name_f].

Best [name_m]Friend[/name_m] - I like your ideas of [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and [name_f]Emily[/name_f]. I think either one would work for her.

Best [name_m]Friend[/name_m]'s Boyfriend - I think that [name_u]Tyler[/name_u] would work quite well for him.

[name_m]Guy[/name_m] Best [name_m]Friend[/name_m] - I think that something like [name_m]Aaron[/name_m], [name_m]Derek[/name_m], [name_m]Roderick[/name_m], [name_m]Steven[/name_m], or [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] might work for him.

[name_m]New[/name_m] Girl - I think that [name_u]Piper[/name_u] would work, or something like [name_f]Lavender[/name_f], [name_u]Courtney[/name_u], or Guineviere would suit her.

It’s not frilly or romantic like [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]; just enough to point out that the main character is a girl. If she tries to blend in and is often pushed around, the name shouldn’t stand out too much on either end. Of course, you could give her something super girly or super boyish, to contrast with her character.
Younger sister: [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u]. I’m not really a fan of the name, but in this case, I think it works. You could pair it with a short, one-syllable middle name, but I’d shake things up a bit and put the short name in the first spot, then say that the younger sister prefers to be called by her middle. What do you think of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u]? [name_f]Fay[/name_f] [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] is okay too; say it out loud and you sort of hear “fame.” Suitable if she’s more visible than her older sister.
Mum and Dad: Something taken from the 1970’s top 100, assuming they’re American and born in that decade. You could give them a “filler” middle name as well, if you want to depict them as regular parents. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Amy[/name_f] or [name_f]Karen[/name_f] for the mother, and [name_u]Michael[/name_u] or [name_m]David[/name_m] for the father?
Dad’s girlfriend: Also something from the 1970’s top 100. I’m thinking [name_f]Renee[/name_f], [name_f]Veronica[/name_f], or [name_f]Valerie[/name_f].
Best friend and boyfriend: I like [name_f]Stella[/name_f] and [name_u]Tyler[/name_u]. If you put their names together, you get their ship name: Styler.

Thank you for the suggestions given. They have helped make a few final decisions. One of you pointed out that I mentioned an older sister but there isn’t a description. I was going to include her but took her out at the last second and forgot to edit that part. Thank you though!
