[name_m]Hi[/name_m], we’re expecting a baby girl in [name_u]August[/name_u]. She will have a brother called [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] and a sister called [name_f]Lilibeth[/name_f].
Nothing has really stood out for me yet. I like cute happy names, my husband likes strong names.
I like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
Dang my post somehow got deleted. I’ll keep it short & sweet this time haha.
On first glance, I would never have come up with [name_f]Lilibeth[/name_f] & [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] as siblings. But, reading your other information, I started to see a bit of romance/history theme there, they sound like an adventurous literary hero & heroine - fun & upbeat but also strong! I would look for a name that sort of bridges the gap between the two styles… Of those you mentioned liking, I think [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is best suited - because it’s a “vintage” feminine name like [name_f]Lilibeth[/name_f] but also feisty & cool like [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] at the same time.
Other ideas that came to mind, some more “out there” than others…
[name_f]Clio[/name_f] (musical muse of history, poetry, memory)
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] (more unusual than [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], so soft & romantic & lovely “forest” meaning, but still strong)
[name_f]Sapphira[/name_f] (nickname Saffie) beautiful but strong like a gem
[name_f]Posey[/name_f] (what’s happier than a posey of wildflowers?!)
[name_f]Clover[/name_f] (botanical, fun - makes me think of sunny fields)
[name_f]Jessamine[/name_f] (nickname [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]) - [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] is such a cute nickname but I feel like she might need a longer full name to balance sister [name_f]Lilibeth[/name_f]?
[name_f]Olive[/name_f] (retro & feminine yet super spunky)
[name_u]Romy[/name_u]
[name_f]Juno[/name_f]
My first thought was [name_f]Viola[/name_f] - such a great name!
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] - [name_f]Philippa[/name_f], [name_f]Philomena[/name_f]
[name_f]Minnie[/name_f] - [name_f]Minerva[/name_f], [name_f]Yasmin[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] - [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_u]Navy[/name_u]
