Suggestions for baby number two

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone, I’m new to the site, I’ve been using the names and lists on here recently, looking for new names, but never really looked in the forums but I just wondered into the forums and thought I’d make an account to ask for some advice.

Me and my husband are having another child, due on [name_u]January[/name_u] 15th. We already have a six year old girl who we called [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f] [name_u]West[/name_u]. ([name_u]West[/name_u] is my [name_f]MIL[/name_f]'s maiden name). We don’t know the gender of our baby as we want to keep it a surprise.

We have a short list of some names that we like, but we’re having trouble finding names that ‘fit’ with [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f]. The names we really love so far are:
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Amoret[/name_f]
[name_f]Melusine[/name_f]
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u]
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]/[name_f]Seraphine[/name_f]

My favourites are [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] or [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f] and my husband really likes [name_f]Melusine[/name_f]. Also, if the baby is a girl then we’re using the middle names [name_u]Dove[/name_u], [name_f]Luella[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f] or [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] as they all have meaning to us.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any suggestions? What names do you think go with Tatiana? We would love to hear your thoughts!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] and congrats!!
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] jumped out at me. I like it with [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f]. They are names a girl can grow up with, sophisticated as opposed to cute.
I’m not a fan of [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]. It has jumped out of nowhere into popularity so for me, I feel it will date.
Everyone else seems to love it though :slight_smile:
I have a bit of a crush on [name_f]Luella[/name_f]!
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_f]Luella[/name_f] gets my vote.

I think [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] or [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] [name_f]Flora[/name_f]/[name_u]Dove[/name_u]/[name_f]Luella[/name_f] would be adorable! I also love [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f] ( more so with the a ending.) [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is one of my favorites my husband would never agree on [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] too. I think any of them go well with [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f]. I’m not sure how [name_f]Melusine[/name_f] is pronounced, so I personally wouldn’t use it.

I also forgot to add in my post, what to you all think of [name_u]January[/name_u]? Is it too much?

All your listed names are amazingly pretty. I know a [name_f]Melusine[/name_f] and people get confused an call her limousine but doesn’t seem to bother her. I like [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] a LOT. My daughters Middle name is [name_u]January[/name_u] so obviously I like it. I would have used it as a first name but I was way too afraid that it would be shortened to [name_u]Jan[/name_u] or [name_f]Jani[/name_f].

[name_f]Amoret[/name_f] is such a beautiful name. I am also partial to [name_u]Dove[/name_u] as it has special meaning for me aswell :slight_smile:
I actually like the combo of [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] [name_f]Flora[/name_f] best!
