I am really loving the nickname [name]Nat[/name] or [name]Natty[/name] for a boy but I’m not sure if I like [name]Nathan[/name] or [name]Nathaniel[/name] better as a full name, not really thrilled with either. Which one do you like better?
and also does anyone have any other suggestions of a full name that could have nn [name]Nat[/name]?
I kind of like the Spanish spelling [name]Natanael[/name].
And I prefer [name]Natan[/name] (na-[name]TAN[/name]) to [name]Nathan[/name] but I’m weird. [name]Nathan[/name] is certainly far and away more common and maybe easier to deal with.
Of [name]Nathaniel[/name] vs. [name]Nathan[/name] I like [name]Nathaniel[/name] better. I am not sure if I would spell it [name]Nathaniel[/name] or [name]Nathanael[/name] but those two are pronounced the same.
[name]Nat[/name] or [name]Natty[/name] could be nicknames from these names:
[name]Nathan[/name]/ [name]Nathaniel[/name]
[name]Donatello[/name]
[name]Ignatio[/name]/[name]Ignatius[/name] (also the nn. [name]Iggy[/name])
[name]Jonathan[/name]
[name]Renate[/name]
I love [name]Nat[/name] as a stand alone (I had to do a book report on [name]Nat[/name] [name]Love[/name] when I was little)
[name]Naphtali[/name]- biblical [name]Isaac[/name]'s grandson. Some pronounce it naf-tuh-lee (like [name]Natalie[/name] with an F) while others say naf-TALL-lee
[name]Anatol[/name]/[name]Anatoli[/name]
Abernathy
[name]Jonathan[/name]/Yonathan
