I am new to these message boards, but it seems like you have been so helpful to other moms I just had to join in. I am due with my third child in 10 days…and we do not know the gender. We have [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Grace[/name] ([name]Sophie[/name]) and [name]Jackson[/name] [name]Elliott[/name]. If this one is a boy, his name will be [name]Bennett[/name] [name]William[/name], but we are not set on a girls name. My daughter suggested the name [name]Violet[/name] (her favorite color is purple!), which we would like to incorporate but I don’t know if it should be the first or middle name. My husband likes [name]Ella[/name] [name]Violet[/name], but I feel like [name]Ella[/name] is EVERYWHERE these days. [name]Both[/name] of my older kids have pretty common names, which have become more popular each year since we used them, but for some reason the popularity thing is bothering me more this time around. As for using [name]Violet[/name] as a first name…we haven’t been able to come up with a middle that we like with it.
So…I’m wondering if anyone has a pairing suggestion for [name]Violet[/name], either as the first or middle name. Our last name is Kline, and we do not have any family names that we want to use.
I like:
[name]Violet[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
I love:
[name]Violet[/name] [name]Olivia[/name]
[name]Violet[/name] [name]Elise[/name]
[name]Violet[/name] [name]Penelope[/name] (tried to convince my husband to use [name]Penelope[/name] as a first name…he wouldn’t go for it)
I also like your suggestion of [name]Phoebe[/name]…but do you think sisters [name]Sophie[/name] and [name]Phoebe[/name] have too many long ee sounds when said together??
