In the story I’m writing, one of my main characters is named Scathach, after the mythological figure, though most call her Scarlet or Scar. She is a princess and later queen who wields shadow-fire, and employs legions of her kingdom’s sacred animal, wolves.
I’ve come up with some potential surnames (ex. Skyeden), but they just sound bad together. So, do I just settle on a last name, or say "of insert city name"? Using my example above, which option do you think is best?
- Scathach Skyeden
- Scathach of Skyeden
