I hope you don’t get sick of me by the time my pregnancy is over … I just want to find the perfect name that me and my husband both adore and can both agree on. I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago looking for a girl name. Although, I still don’t know the sex of my little Bambino, I have moved onto looking for boy names because I am getting so frustrated not being able to find a single girls name that I am passionate about.
For a boy, I have stumbled across two names that I am absolutely head over heels in love with, [name]Graham[/name] & [name]Jax[/name]. My hubby said he might be able to get on board with the name [name]Graham[/name] but is not thrilled with the name [name]Jax[/name] in the least (tear)
Because he has not yet seen the light on how awesome thees names are (lol) I thought that maybe I’d suggest them as middle names. [name]Do[/name] any of you lovely ladies have suggestions on first names that mesh well with the middle names I have chosen?
One more thing I’d like to add is since both of our other Children have a surname some where in their name, I am leaning towards [name]Graham[/name] (as it is a surname too) … although, I do love [name]Jax[/name] oh so much!
[name]Hi[/name] [name]Janet[/name]. I think [name]Graham[/name] works really well with [name]Riley[/name] and [name]Lucas[/name]! As for [name]Jax[/name], I have to agree with your husband on this one! It’s an “invented” name and doesn’t fit with the more substantial [name]Riley[/name] and [name]Lucas[/name]. I think [name]Graham[/name], on the other hand, is a perfect fit. (I also have a hard time saying [name]Jax[/name] with your last name.)
Instead of [name]Jax[/name], what about [name]Jackson[/name], with [name]Jax[/name] as a nickname?
I like [name]Graham[/name] better than [name]Jax[/name]. But I agree with [name]Jill[/name] that [name]Jackson[/name] is very nice. I would call him [name]Jack[/name] instead of [name]Jax[/name] though because I adore the name [name]Jack[/name] so much!
Definitely prefer [name]Graham[/name]! I think [name]Graham[/name] is SUCH a handsome name! I don’t like [name]Jax[/name], but I do like [name]Jackson[/name] a lot, despite the trendiness. [name]Jackson[/name] nn [name]Jax[/name] would give you the surname AND your beloved [name]Jax[/name]. Oh, and I do really like [name]Jax[/name] as a nickname, I just don’t think it’s substantial enough to be a full name. I really like [name]Graham[/name] though! I loved [name]Jill[/name]'s suggestion of [name]Graham[/name] [name]Everett[/name]! I think I’d use that myself!
To me, [name]Riley[/name] and [name]Lucas[/name] seem sort of dissimilar ([name]Lucas[/name] is much more traditional than [name]Riley[/name], and [name]Riley[/name] is more androgynous than [name]Lucas[/name]). However, I think that [name]Graham[/name] is exactly the perfect name to match both! [name]Graham[/name] is also a really nice name on its own, and it sounds fine with your last name. [name]Jax[/name] is…I don’t know…it seems sort of…well…no offense, but I guess trashy…to me. I don’t think there’s a rational reason why…I just really, really dislike it. I vote 100% for [name]Graham[/name]!
