What do you think of the combination [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name]? [name]Do[/name] you think it’s inspired or do you think it’s bad? I’m loving the name [name]Susannah[/name] (and it’s one of DH’s very few favourites), but struggling to think of good middle names that don’t sound like fillers ([name]Susannah[/name] [name]Jane[/name], [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Mae[/name], etc). Any suggestions welcomed! Thanks.
I think [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Magnolia[/name] is an absolutely lovely combo.
I love [name]Magnolia[/name] as a fn though…it’s so pretty!
I think it’s very pretty. It reminds me of the old south. I like a three syllable middle name with [name]Susannah[/name]. [name]May[/name] I suggest [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Augusta[/name], or [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Allegra[/name].
[name]Susannah[/name] magnolia is perfect!
Pretty names but bad flow. You can do another three syllable name ending in -a with [name]Susannah[/name], but it should have the stress on a different syllable, not the second like [name]Susannah[/name] does.
However, I think you’d be best with either a three syllable name that doesn end in -a, or a different number of syllables.

[name]Love[/name], love, love [name]Susannah[/name]! I think it’s my front-runner as well. I don’t really love that the names in your combo both end in ‘a’. Let’s see, just a few off the top…

@lori johnson: You’re right, [name]Susannah[/name] and [name]Magnolia[/name] would make a lovely sibset! And I really love your idea of [name]Magnolia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name].
@phoebesmom: Thanks for your suggestions. I love [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Blythe[/name].
I love both names – gorgeous! I think they could work together, but I really love some of the other suggestions…[name]Magnolia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] and [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name] are my favorites.
I agree with this. I love both names but together they have an awkward flow. As sibs though, adorable!
