[name_f]Love[/name_f] the idea of using [name_f]Violet[/name_f] as a middle in remembrance of the little one you lost. That is very sweet.
[name_f]Susannah[/name_f] isn’t my favourite name but I do think it flows well with [name_f]Violet[/name_f] & it fits the biblical theme you’ve got going with your other kids’ names. And it lets you use the sweet little nicknames you like.
Of the names you listed my favourite is definitely [name_f]Sybil[/name_f].

I voted for [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] and [name_f]Cora[/name_f]. I like those names best, and I like them very much with your sibset. I think your nicknames for [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] are really cute, but I don’t care for the full name [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]. [name_f]Suki[/name_f] on its own is adorable I think. Reminds me of [name_m]Gilmore[/name_m] Girls character [name_f]Sookie[/name_f], who I love. I do not care for [name_f]Winifred[/name_f].

I actually like all of the names in the poll, so I considered what sounded the best with [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. I love [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], [name_f]Jane[/name_f], and maybe [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] with [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m].

Thank you. I never loved [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] either but it has grown on me in the last year or so (I didn’t even like [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] until about 6 months before my son was born either so go figure! lol). Oddly we aren’t religious at all and I really debated on [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] just because I didn’t want to be ‘locked’ into that theme but it was the best fit and we loved it so much so we went with it and now I am afraid of not sticking with it even though the names don’t have significance to us in a religious sense (just don’t want to pick something too out there now). I was leaning strongly toward [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] if baby was a girl so i like the positive feedback.

I like [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] the most with [name_u]Eden[/name_u] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. Would you only use [name_f]Violet[/name_f] as a middle for [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]? I love the idea of using your lost daughters name in the middle. I also like the sound of [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f].

Thanks! I liked [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] for my first daughter but had a friend who ended up naming her dog that so I pulled away. Now I am thinking, who care? I liked it then, still like it and its not like I am close with her dog, lol. [name_f]Cora[/name_f] grew from my love of [name_f]Nora[/name_f] but after knowing about 5 recent [name_f]Nora[/name_f]'s (still love that name) I have shied away a bit. Plus loved it from Last of the Mohicans. It seems strong and sweet at once.

I think Susannah fits well with the other two names and is gorgeous. It’s longer, but it has the same “feel.”

I don’t dislike any of the other name options, but I don’t get the same feel with Georgia (maybe because what place name can “compete” with Eden? I’m not sure why I don’t like it with the other two.) Winifred feels a little more buttoned up compared to the other two. Jane, Sybil, and Cora could work, but I don’t love them as much as Susannah. Maggie is sweet, but seems a little plainer.

@ebenezer.scrouge - I would likely use [name_f]Violet[/name_f] as a middle name (not just for [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]) but there are a few other family names to consider - [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], [name_f]Freida[/name_f], [name_f]Ann[/name_f] (any variation), [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] and [name_f]Mia[/name_f] (as well as [name_f]Pia[/name_f]) so they would all be considerations but I think I would still choose [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. My first daughters middle name is [name_f]Rose[/name_f] though so perhaps it is sounding themey - [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is my grandma’s name but with [name_f]Violet[/name_f] in the middle maybe it seems like I am going for a flower connection when it would just be coincidence.

I don’t tend to worry so much about themes with middles since you don’t tend to say them aloud as much. My daughters will both have earthy/herby middles. If their first names would be [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Violet[/name_f], I agree the theme might be too strong. But it’s so nicely tucked away in the middle spot I don’t think it would be a problem.

Anyone else? I guess my hesitation on [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] stems from [name_u]Eden[/name_u] sounding like/ being a place name and [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] as well - especially then paired with the flower middle - [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]?

[name_f]Susannah[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is gorgeous!!

The flow of this name is really elegant and sweet. She has a lovely fruity vibe and looks very together. [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is a lovely name, the flow is just effortless.

I’m really sorry about your loss.

: )

I think [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] is very pretty but [name_f]Cora[/name_f] is pretty also. I like [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] or [name_f]Cora[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. Cute names!
