Swedish babyberry... Our son is here!

Ten days past his due date our little (or rather big!) son was born. 56 cm’s and 4600 g he is the [name]Apple[/name] of his older sister’s eye. Her name is [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Pamela[/name] and after a few days we settled on [name]Elia[/name] [name]Bertil[/name] [name]Lars[/name]-[name]Jacek[/name]. [name]Bertil[/name] and [name]Lars[/name] are both Swedish traditional names, and he is named after his paternal great grandfather and grandfather and then [name]Jacek[/name] after his polish maternal grandfather. [name]Elia[/name], however wasn’t even on the list until a few days before his birth and was the name his sister chose. She wanted him to be [name]Elia[/name] and our little [name]Elia[/name] he is. It feels great to honor both dear family members and to allow his sister to participate in the naming of our son.

Thanks Nameberry for all the inspiration!
