Y’all, I just heard this name the other day for the first time and have to share it with you:
[name_f]Theodosia[/name_f] (thee-uh-doe-zha)
It’s not quite my style, but I do think it’s so lovely! And, I totally thought of some of you Berries would just love it. I think it’s very regal and elegant, and could be a lighter, more ethereal option than [name_f]Theodora[/name_f]. Plus, I think it lends itself to a plethora of NNs ([name_f]Thea[/name_f], Dozie, [name_f]Dottie[/name_f], [name_f]Dosia[/name_f])
I love the name [name_f]Theodosia[/name_f]!
Admittedly mostly because of the [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m] musical and the song ‘Dear [name_f]Theodosia[/name_f]’, but I still love it. I like it a lot more than [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] but I’m not sure why.
I love it. [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] is nice, but [name_f]Theodosia[/name_f] does have a fresh, swoon-worthy effect. I think I like it as a mn, unless the plan is to go with a nn anyway.
I liked it when I thought everyone was saying Thee-uh-DOH-see-uh, but I just don’t like the doh-zha/juh sound, so it was off the maybe list. It is a nice alternative to [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] that at least some people will be more aware of because of [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m].
