I love both, but would use [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] and [name_f]Teresa[/name_f] with [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] as nicknames, but that’s just personal preference. I think if the meaning of [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] means more to you, then use that one. Good luck 
Anyone else? I am not interested in using the full version of either name. I know that some people prefer that, but I’m not much of a stickler for name rules–two of my dd’s ([name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Hope[/name_f]) go by their middle names and I know some frown upon that.
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], most definetly! The name [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] is really cute, but to me, it doesn’t fit in with [name_f]Kaylee[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f], and [name_f]Hope[/name_f]. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] is a perfect match! Use it. 
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] feels more fitting for your family. It’s a bit modern but still somewhat classic sounding while [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] is more of a vintage name to me.
[name_m]Both[/name_m] are gorgeous names but I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] fit more with your other daughters names.
Although I prefer the name [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a better “fit” in a family with girls named [name_f]Kaylee[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and [name_f]Hope[/name_f]. The combo [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is too heavy on the v’s.
I don’t like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], I much prefer [name_f]Tess[/name_f], but [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] is cute!
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is great, but it seems a bit common. [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is lovely and unexpected.
I do agree with the others that said that Tessa Jane fits better with your family though.
I know siblings named Caelee and Tessa.
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] are lovely names and great combos.
It is very hard to choose as I would choose [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] if you wanted a less frilly, outdoorsy name and I would choose [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] for a more frilly, sweet and more feminine choice.
I voted for [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] but they are equally nice.

I dislike the repeating syllables of [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]. [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] would be as equally nice as [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] if not nicer.
I voted [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], but then saw your other kids names. I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] works better. I love it as well.
I honestly love both, but when given the names of her sisters, [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] is the clear winner to me. I have always adored [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Tess[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] better and I think it fits better with your family. [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] is just a bit more serious.
Wow! Thanks everyone for all the comments! We now have 2 more contenders,as DH has suggested [name_f]Celia[/name_f], and I have started to like [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. MN would still be [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. I may have to do another poll.
I prefer [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] as a combo, but I think [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] fits in better with sibs. I love [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] too, the combo is just a wee bit plain. I still voted for [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] to go with sisters.

I agree with @opheliaflora that [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] seems to fit better with your family. Personally, I like just [name_f]Tess[/name_f] even better than [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Kaylee[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Hope[/name_f], and [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] works probably better than the spunky just [name_f]Tess[/name_f]. I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], and I think [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] is great, but I agree that it has a totally different feel from your other girls. If that doesn’t bother you, I would vote for that, because, as a whole, I like it much more than [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (sweet though she is!).
