Tabitha

Recently, I’ve found my self falling for [name]Tabitha[/name], an underused Biblical name. I think it goes nicely with my favorite boys name of the moment, [name]Gideon[/name].

So, what do you all think of [name]Tabitha[/name]? I want to know everything - your thoughts, impressions, associations, etc.!

I love it. I get that warm fuzzy feeling when I hear it being used, or meet somebody with the name. And the [name]Tabitha[/name] on BW was bloody cute! [name]Tibby[/name] is a pretty cool NN too.

I love [name]Tabitha[/name]! Although it does feel a little “hipster” these days. It does go really well with [name]Gideon[/name], another davorite of mine. I had a pet rabbit with that name as a child. Although we did later find out it was a boy rabbit, I still refused to change the name, smh. Poor bunny.

[name]Love[/name] [name]Tabitha[/name]! I’ve got a soft spot for the th-sound. The one I know is very bubbly, fun, a little bit eccentric and pretty.

I have loved [name]Tabitha[/name] for a long time and I am really happy my SO loves it, too. If we ever ended up using it I would use [name]Tibby[/name] as a nick name. Good luck

My childhood best friend was named [name]Tabitha[/name]. I love it, and have considered it before in the combo [name]Tabitha[/name] [name]Daisy[/name].

I’ve only ever had good associations. I do dislike the nickname [name]Tabby[/name] and it’s association with cats. Though, thinking about it, I do make one exception: I love [name]Tabitha[/name] Twitchit from [name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Potter[/name]'s books.

I think it’s a nice name. I like [name]Tibby[/name].

I’ve known one [name]Tabitha[/name] who gave me a bad impression–very moody awkward teenager who cried at the drop of a hat.

I actually think I prefer [name]Talitha[/name] because it’s a bit more unique and you could use [name]Tilly[/name] or [name]Tally[/name] which I prefer.

[name]One[/name] of my best friends is named [name]Tabitha[/name]! I’ve known her since second grade and she’s always gone by [name]Tabby[/name]! (:

I like [name]Tabitha[/name]! I knew one in middle school, quiet bright girl.

A couple from church have a baby daughter [name]Tabitha[/name] they’ve nicknamed [name]Tibby[/name] and she’s adorable. At first I thought the name sounded a bit over the top and pretentious, but it’s grown on me, not enough to use it myself but enough to appreciate it as pretty.
