What are your thoughts on the name [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]? Would you consider this a vintage name? What nicknames would you use other than [name_f]Tabby[/name_f]?
I love it! It’s certainly vintage-quirky to me, though not exactly retro as its never really been “in” or “out” where I live. I love the strong, witchy feel of it.
I like the nickname [name_f]Tabby[/name_f] and that’s what I’d probably use myself. Maybe Tatty, [name_f]Tibby[/name_f], [name_f]Hattie[/name_f], [name_f]Bea[/name_f]/[name_f]Bee[/name_f]…?
[name_u]Love[/name_u] it. Sassy and spunky. Maybe [name_f]BeBe[/name_f] for a nickname?
I like it, and would consider it vintage, but not in the same way a lot of names are, because I don’t think it was ever that popular (though I could be wrong!). I love Bitty as a nickname, but [name_f]Tibby[/name_f] is also very cute.
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]! At a stretch you could use [name_f]Betty[/name_f] or [name_f]Bertha[/name_f] as a nickname.
I absolutely love it! I’m actually considering it for my baby due in [name_f]May[/name_f].
I think it’s very fun and spunky. I love [name_f]Tabby[/name_f] but I’ve also been thinking of [name_f]Tibby[/name_f] and [name_f]Effie[/name_f].
I really like [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f], and I’m crushing on her a lot at the moment. There’s just a certain energy, and the way [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] sounds that draws me to her somehow. Sort of light and fun, but a little magical and mischievous too. I love [name_f]Tabby[/name_f], but I’d consider [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] (another favourite), [name_f]Tibby[/name_f], T, [name_f]Bee[/name_f], or [name_u]Abby[/name_u] as nns too.
I love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]! I think she’s gorgeous.
I don’t have any new nickname suggestions but I personally love [name_f]Bee[/name_f]/[name_f]Bea[/name_f].
[name_u]Love[/name_u] it! You could also do [name_f]Tia[/name_f] as a NN. Also possibly Abbs or [name_u]Abby[/name_u] - a bit more of a stretch, but I think it works :).
I have a [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f], so I’m biased.
We call her Taba mostly but sometimes Tabs, [name_f]Tabby[/name_f] or [name_f]Kitty[/name_f]. My Mom calls her [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_u]Boo[/name_u].
I wanted to use [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] for my daughter, but husband wasn’t very keen on it. I had considered using [name_f]Tabby[/name_f] and [name_f]Kitty[/name_f] as nicknames, with [name_f]Beth[/name_f] as a reserve name that was less cutsie.
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] always reminds me of the Bewitched baby. It was quirky when it came out in the 1960’s on TV. I’m not really a fan because names with the “th” sound just have a lispy feel to them.
I adore [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]!!!
I really like bea/bee as a nickname
I absolutely love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. I think it’s a gorgeous vintage gem. What about [name_f]Bitsy[/name_f] for a nickname?
I love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. There was a berry a few years back with a [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] nn Bit and I love that! [name_f]Bitsy[/name_f] and [name_f]Tibby[/name_f] are also great.
Another mom of a [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] here! Our [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] is 5, we mostly call her [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] and [name_f]Tabby[/name_f]. She loves her name and she always gets compliments
