Talk Me Into... Wolfgang

Title says it all. Give me your descriptions or feelings you get from the name, or just why you like it. I’m not entirely sure whether or not I love [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] enough to put it in my top 20. I really like Wolfram, but the whole website thing makes it pretty unusable. Anyway, [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] seems like a good alternative, but I think I need a bit more convincing.

  1. It is unusual but familiar, with a cool European feel.
  2. It has a cool nickname [name_m]Wolf[/name_m].
  3. It would make a great brother to [name_f]Morgana[/name_f] and [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] from your list.
  4. It is [name_m]Mozart[/name_m]'s first name.
    Was it convincing?

I am feeling a bit more convinced (thanks!). Any more thoughts?

• [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] is edgy and classic, at the same time.
• He’s bound to get looks of confusion and informed criticism, in which case you can wipe away their criticism by informing them of the rich history of the name - you get cool points and they get educated!
• His name will always be a conversation starter.
• He’ll have a lot of fun with it as a tween/teen. Heck, he’ll always have fun with it - what man doesn’t want [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] as a nickname?

here in Germany it’s considered upper-class name, i strongly associate it with money and blue blood. all the good stuff, basically
