After waiting 9 long months to find out our baby’s gender, DH and I welcomed a baby girl right last week. We were convinced she was actually a he, so we were shocked! Her name is [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] “Ozzie” [name_u]October[/name_u].

We settled on [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] because we both loved the nickname [name_u]Ozzie[/name_u]. And after a dramatic delivery, DH said she needed a tough, spunky name to match.

Despite the [name_u]November[/name_u] birthday, [name_u]October[/name_u] is a month that holds close meaning for my husband and I. It only felt right to give it even more significance with the birth of our first child.

We love her more than anything and feel her name suits her perfectly:)
