We had a son today, making our family of six even with two girls and two boys. We received so much input on Nameberry and almost went with [name_m]Kip[/name_m] for a boy.
Then out of left field, we both fell in love with the name [name_m]Dimitri[/name_m] literally the night before he was born! It may not be the style we typically go for, but I have a Greek name (Chloé) and loved the mythological connection between Chloé (another name sometimes used for [name_u]Demeter[/name_u]) and [name_m]Dimitri[/name_m] (follower of [name_u]Demeter[/name_u]).
Thanks to everyone for the kind words. His middle name is [name_m]Harris[/name_m], as per tradition on my husband’s side. My sons, mhusband, my husband’s father, etc., all share the same middle name. So a bit of a mish mosh style wise, but we wanted to keep the tradition going.
