[name]Favorite[/name]: [name]Charlotte[/name]. Or [name]Emmeline[/name]. They’re tied.
Least favorite: [name]Rowan[/name]. I’m not a huge fan of [name]Fiona[/name] or [name]Scarlet[/name], either, though. But like @jesba said, there’s nothing wrong with any of them.
All of the names are great, really. My favorite is Charlotte! My least favorite is Emmeline. It’s a beautiful name, but my issue with the name is the pronunciation issues and all of the spelling variations.
I actually really like Rowan for a girl (I think I’m in the minority here) and find it truly unisex, but it just seemed a little out of place because all of the other names on your list are clearly female. I know, completely random, but I couldn’t help but think of that.
[name]Emmeline[/name] is my favourite. [name]Don[/name]'t like [name]Rowan[/name] (I see it more as a boys name) and I find [name]Charlotte[/name] nice, but overused.
Favourite: [name]Cicely[/name] (but [name]Cecily[/name] or [name]Cecilia[/name] would edge it out…)
Least favourite: [name]Scarlet[/name], especially with one t, but even [name]Scarlett[/name] would bottom out your list which is mostly pretty nice.
[name]Rowan[/name]: [name]Love[/name] the name, especially for girls. Always found it too feminine on a boy. This is in my personal top two names.
[name]Evelyn[/name]: Loved this name before it became trendy. Kind of makes me sad that it is so trendy now. Very nice name with such a nice flow.
[name]Fiona[/name]: A cute name that ages well. Uncommon. Unfortunately it reminds me of Shrek.
[name]Scarlet[/name]: Loved this name since I was a little girl. Used to play the board game Clue and I was always Miss [name]Scarlet[/name]. It makes me think of a mature/sophisticated women.
[name]Charlotte[/name]: Not sure about this name. Part of me likes it because it was so uncommon while I was growing up. An other part of dislikes it because it sounds like Harlot and I am not a fan of the Sh sound at the beginning of it.
[name]Halle[/name]: Not a bad name. I know a little girl with this name and it has grown on me a little. Always reminds me of the actress [name]Halle[/name] [name]Berry[/name].
[name]Emmeline[/name]: Meh… doesn’t have anything special about. Doesn’t stand out for any reason. Sounds like somebody liked [name]Emma[/name], [name]Emily[/name] and [name]Melina[/name], but couldn’t decide which to pick so they just kind of mushed them all together.
[name]Cicely[/name]: Reminds me of the word sissy. Makes me think of a slow-witted whiny little girl. According to nameberry the meaning of the name is Blind [name]One[/name]. Not something I would want for my child. [name]Cecilia[/name] sounds a little prettier to me.
Most favourite: [name]Fiona[/name] (and [name]Evelyn[/name], [name]Rowan[/name], [name]Emmeline[/name] and [name]Scarlet[/name])
Least favourite: [name]Charlotte[/name] (just don’t care for the sound of it)
[name]Favorite[/name] is [name]Emmeline[/name] and least favorite is [name]Cicely[/name]. Also don’t really like [name]Rowan[/name] as it doesnt sound feminine to me. [name]Love[/name] all the others!
