Ten boy names I love #1

[name]Ethan[/name]-[name]Don[/name]'t love but like the look not really a fan of it said outloud but it is a nice name. Biblical.

[name]Andrew[/name]-As a middle name. Classic, Biblical strong.

[name]Nicholas[/name]-love nn [name]Nick[/name]. Classic, strong [name]Christian[/name] relations.

[name]Jacob[/name]-Like this one a lot because its Biblical and nice. Not sure how much I like it on a grown man?

[name]Gabriel[/name]-Not sure if I love or not I do like. [name]Gabe[/name] is cute. Biblical ages well and to me [name]Gabriel[/name] is a boy name because he is a male in the Bible. [name]Gabrielle[/name]/[name]Gabriella[/name] girl forms.

[name]Aaron[/name]-Have always loved this wonderful Biblical classic.

[name]Jonah[/name]-A newer love on my list just sticks out to me. Biblical, classic ages well. But I always thought it was a weird sounding name.

[name]William[/name]-Only as a middle name classic and great.

[name]Benjamin[/name]-I really like nn [name]Ben[/name] and it ages well, classic. The only problem is its the name of my step-Great Uncle who everyone dislikes.

[name]Michael[/name]-[name]Love[/name] this one because its classic and I love [name]Mike[/name] and [name]Mikey[/name] and its Biblical.

[name]Ethan[/name]: I pretty much completely agree with what you said. I want to like this name, but I don’t. The only upside is that I know a very cute little boy with this name.

[name]Andrew[/name]: [name]Love[/name] this name. If it weren’t a Biblical name, I would probably use it. I know two people with this name - one is always called by his last name and the other’s first name is [name]Robert[/name] but goes by [name]Andrew[/name], his middle (a family tradition). [name]Andrew[/name] is the smartest kid I know. [name]Do[/name] not use this in the middle, use this as a first! It’s wonderful. Plus, the nickname [name]Drew[/name] is cool.

[name]Nicholas[/name]: I have a friend with this name who goes by [name]Nick[/name], and he is a very funny kid. So I have good associations with this name. But, I’m not a big fan of it. [name]Nick[/name] just sounds very abrupt to me. I like [name]Nicholas[/name], not crazy about [name]Nick[/name].

[name]Jacob[/name]: Well, being that this is my brother’s name, I love it. He goes by [name]Jake[/name], which is a great name in my opinion. I also know quite a few other Jacobs who all go by [name]Jacob[/name], and they’re all pretty great.
I think this name ages very well. [name]Jake[/name] is cute for a boy, teenager, and young adult as a nickname, and [name]Jacob[/name] works for every age. Great choice, despite the popularity.

[name]Gabriel[/name]: I really am not a fan of this name at all. I knew a kid named [name]Gabe[/name], and the poor kid was not liked by anyone. Whenever I hear this name I think of TP’d trees and mockery. I also just don’t care for the sound of it.

[name]Aaron[/name]: Not a fan of this name. I know a kid whose been in my class since 1st grade, and now that we’re in high school he has finally accepted himself as being gay (my parents said they’ve known since 1st grade). He’s very flamboyant, and let me tell you, people are asses, pardon my language. While I will always love and stand up for [name]Aaron[/name], that’s the only thing that comes to my mind.
I also just don’t like the sound of it… For me, the only redeeming thing is NBA player [name]Arron[/name] Afflalo.

[name]Jonah[/name]: I really like the sound of this name. I like it’s very cool and although I don’t usually care for the “[name]Jo[/name]” sound, I like this. Personally, I dislike the [name]Jonah[/name] and the Whale story (or “Big [name]Fish[/name]” depending on who I’m debating). I think it’s a little ridiculous, but apart from that association, it’s a good name.

[name]William[/name]: It’s classic, traditional, but to me, a little boring. Best in the middle as you said.

[name]Benjamin[/name]: I adore this name. I love the nickname [name]Ben[/name], I think this name is classic and ages very well. I would love to use it, but can’t. I definitely think this one is a big yes. I’ve yet to meet someone name [name]Benjamin[/name], but when I do, I think I will be very excited. Haha.

[name]Michael[/name]: This is my brother’s middle name, so again, I really like it. I love the nickname [name]Mike[/name], and [name]Mikey[/name] is cute for a little boy. [name]Michael[/name] is classic and great. Despite it’s almost constant popularity, I don’t know many people with this name. One kid I know named [name]Michael[/name] is funny and smart, and pretty athletic. He’s a good kid.

Overall, great names. My favorite is by far [name]Andrew[/name] though.

[name]Ethan[/name] - I love the sound of this name. It’s strong and masculine. I also just love the “th” sound. But unfortunately this name is insanely popular and I know two under the age of one! One of my little cousins was recently named [name]Ethan[/name] [name]Lawrence[/name], and our next door neighbor just had twins, [name]Ethan[/name] and [name]Ava[/name].

[name]Andrew[/name] - This is one of my favorite classic names. [name]Robert[/name] is my most favorite, but [name]Andrew[/name] is a close second. One of my best friends is named [name]Andrew[/name], so it has a strong positive association for me. It’s too popular for me to ever use though.

[name]Nicholas[/name] - I love this name in full but I’m not a big fan of [name]Nick[/name]. Maybe it’s because I know so many of them…

[name]Jacob[/name] - super popular. I know one my age (19) and it has aged well with him. He goes by his full name, not [name]Jake[/name]. I feel like in 10-15 years this name will feel dated because of it’s peak popularity in the 2000s-present.

[name]Gabriel[/name] - Strong, classic name for a boy. Not a personal favorite, but it’s very nice.

[name]Aaron[/name] - I always think of the name [name]Erin[/name] when I hear this. My cousins name is [name]Aaron[/name] though, and it fits him very well.

[name]Jonah[/name] - one of my all time favorite biblical names.

[name]William[/name] - very classic. Too popular to use as a first name, but would make a great middle.

[name]Benjamin[/name] - great name. Very strong and sweet. I love [name]Ben[/name] and [name]Benjie[/name] as nicknames.

[name]Michael[/name] - This is classic and strong, but I am a bit bored of it. I have two uncles named [name]Michael[/name] and went to school with at least one or two in my class every year! [name]Mike[/name] seems kind of an “average [name]Joe[/name]” type nickname to me, but [name]Mikey[/name] is very cute. I think the name in full is a great choice for a boy though.
