[name]Tessa[/name] seems kind of flimsy to me compared to your other girls. I don’t think it has the depth and history for me to be enthusiastic about it to a any great degree. However, I do love [name]Tess[/name] for its [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Hardy[/name] literary connection but [name]Tessa[/name] lacks something (backbone?). It reminds me of [name]Gemma[/name] and [name]Jenna[/name]. The names are nice enough but there’s really no substance behind them. I prefer some of your other options like [name]Hannah[/name].
AMAZING! It sounds so joyful and floaty but could easily work for a tomboy by being [name]Tess[/name].
[name]Tessa[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is pretty. I like [name]Tess[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Jane[/name] more, but [name]Tessa[/name] is sweet. I like both [name]Tess[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name] more than the fuller [name]Theresa[/name], but the “A” on the end just seems so superfluous, and it doesn’t really make sense for me to use a nn, just to give my daughter with a nicknamey name another nickname ([name]Tess[/name]). So I’ve gone straight to what I love the best–[name]Tess[/name]. I do think [name]Tessa[/name] is usable on its own, though, and if you like it better than just [name]Tess[/name], I think it’s beautiful. I don’t know if you remember, but [name]Tess[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] was my [name]Tess[/name] combo before I came across [name]Tess[/name] [name]Penelope[/name], which is my current combo.
A woman after my own heart! I’ve been loving [name]Tessa[/name] lately as well, and I also do two middle names because of reasons. [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is awesome… and just might be going on my long list…
