I am really liking the name [name]Tessa[/name] lately, but I’m not sure I like it as a first name, more of a nickname (I am big on nicknames…). I’m not a fan of [name]Theresa[/name]. Are there any other names out there I am missing that [name]Tessa[/name] could be used as a nn for?
[name]Thalassa[/name]
[name]Thessaly[/name]
[name]Therese[/name]
Tasnim
[name]Tasoula[/name]
[name]Theodosia[/name]
[name]Trista[/name]
First one to pop into my head are [name]Esther[/name] or [name]Estella[/name]. My mum’s childhood nn was [name]Tess/name
I know a five year old who was named [name]Tessa[/name] as her full name. I’ve always thought it was adorable!
I know a woman in her 20’s who is named [name]Tessa[/name] and it fits her well and I’ve heard her get several compliments on it.
My favorite full name for it is [name]Esther[/name].
I really like [name]Tessa[/name] and I suggest it to many people as a full name to consider. I think it’s a cute NN for [name]Esther[/name] though.
Contessa, nickname [name]Tessa[/name].
I would use just [name]Tessa[/name] as the full name. It’s a definite favorite of mine and doesn’t need a full name to support it.
[name]Thessaly[/name] is beautiful, but it is more girly / frilly to me, while [name]Tessa[/name] comes off as soft and fresh.
[name]Therese[/name] is pretty; I always pictured it on someone very exotic looking.
I am very French on my dad’s side, so [name]Therese[/name] is one I have considered. [name]Thessaly[/name] is an interesting option that I hadn’t thought of. It has a similar sound to [name]Cecily[/name], which I love. Not sure if SO will like it, but definitely one to bring up. [name]Esther[/name] is also an interesting option, but I’m not sure I feel as inspired by that one.
I like [name]Tessa[/name] as a full name!
I like [name]Tessa[/name] as a full name, but my favorite names it can be used as a nn for, are [name]Thessaly[/name] and [name]Esther[/name].
