I believe it’s only tha, not ta, but with different accents… anyone’s guess!!! [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] [name]LOVE[/name] this name! I actually know someone with it.

My cousin’s daughter is [name]Thalia[/name], I love the name, she pronounces is [name]TAL[/name]-ee-uh. I think you can choose whichever you prefer as I think both are generally accepted!

I actually know two women named [name]Thalia[/name] and one named [name]Talia[/name]. [name]Thalia[/name] is the greek version and [name]Talia[/name] is the Hebrew version. All three I know pronounce it [name]TAL[/name]-ee-ah or [name]TAL[/name]-ya but none with the “th”. I think the [name]TAL[/name] pronunciation is aesthetically more pleasing but I guess with the “th” spelling the THAL pronunciation is more intuitive.

I pronounce it ‘[name]TAH[/name]-lee-ah’, I have a second cousin named [name]Thalia[/name] and her family have always pronounced it that way. [name]Thalia[/name] was the name of several entities in Greek myth.
