They’re both nice but I prefer [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. It would depend on the middle and last name for me.

The connotations of [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] are a bit all over the place.

I love the name [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] ([name_f]Stella[/name_f] feels old to me, although I still like the name). Depends on last name!

[name_f]Stella[/name_f]! I want to love [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] as it’s a beautiful color, but I can’t get past “Scar.” It just sounds harsh to me.

It’s hard since I truly love both names. My husband suggested [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] for our daughter, but it was weird/rhymed with our last name.

[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] feels fresh, fun, and modern. [name_f]Stella[/name_f] is vintage and elegant. You can’t go wrong either way.

I love [name_f]Stella[/name_f]! [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] just sounds trendy to me, but [name_f]Stella[/name_f] (not matter how popular it is–I don’t know how high–it’s still the same sort of name as [name_f]Mary[/name_f], classic and timeless no matter how high up on the list.

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] is an all time favorite for me!! I agree with others that the last name and middle might sway my vote though. [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is also very pretty!
