[name]Mika[/name] - i think this is japanese for delicate flower or something like that? i know a few people with little girls called [name]Mika[/name] and it works really well
[name]Marlo[/name] - in all honesty, i think the ‘-arlo/w’ trend will go the same way as the -aden trend

I’m short on time right now so I’m not going to go through your boys’ names individually (sorry!), but I honestly love all of them. It’s difficult for me to pick a favorite. At this exact moment I might like [name]Micah[/name], [name]Arden[/name], and [name]Angus[/name] best, but I really, really don’t think that you can go wrong with anything off of your boys’ list.
Girls:
[name]Mira[/name] - I love the sound and simplicity of this. It has a gorgeous meaning as well (meanings aren’t especially important to me, but when it’s a nice one it’s always a plus) - ‘sea’ or ‘ocean’ in Sanskrit. I like that it works in multiple languages. Honestly, I’m not sure why [name]Mira[/name] isn’t more popular. I don’t see any need to use a longer name.
[name]Mika[/name] - A fine name, but not really a personal favorite of mine.
[name]Marlo[/name] - I don’t think that that one will get much love here, but I love it. I could see myself using [name]Marlo[/name] on my own daughter.
[name]Honor[/name] - I love the sound and the idea of [name]Honor[/name], but I’ve heard that when it was originally used as a virtue name by the Puritans that the ‘honor’ it referred to was the girl’s virginity, the ‘family honor.’ I haven’t found anything to confirm that either way, but it took some of the shine off of it for me. It also sometimes reminds me of ‘honor killings’. So I have these really terrible associations with [name]Honor[/name] which would prevent me personally from using it, but I still can’t help but like it a bit. My relationship with this name is really weird.
[name]Asha[/name] - I feel the same about [name]Asha[/name] as I did about [name]Mika[/name].
As you can tell, [name]Marlo[/name] and [name]Mira[/name] are both favorites of mine. [name]Both[/name] are gorgeous names, in my opinion.

[name]Asha[/name] - I love this name, however, I would like to point out that it is not a girl version of [name]Asher[/name]. It is a Sanskrit and Swahili name pronounced [name]AH[/name]-shah. I know two little girls with this name (one from [name]India[/name] and one from Somalia) and they both pronounce it this way.
