Aw, I was wondering if you would find this, haha. I don’t know if [name]Sullivan[/name] would work, either… I love the idea of something like [name]Daniel[/name], though–are there more classic, seemingly non-Gaelic names like that that seem to be popular there? Or were about 20-30 years ago? I’m thinking like [name]Jack[/name], [name]Daniel[/name], [name]Samuel[/name], [name]William[/name]/[name]Liam[/name], etc… I think those would work, too… I want to like [name]Conor[/name], but it’s definitely out. I know one who totally ruined it for me. Are there very many Charlies in [name]Ireland[/name]?
**He did give in and accept [name]Silas[/name] [name]Augustin[/name] so that he could get nn [name]Gus[/name] out of it. He is the one who suggested [name]Silas[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] and I jumped on that but said to cut down on “S” we could use [name]Augustin[/name] instead. We even told my parents the name last week.
**However, he told his aunt last night that he still hates the name [name]Silas[/name] and might change his mind. IF he changes his mind, then he can’t have any “[name]Gus[/name]” related name, we need a totally different name choice. But I’m fairly confident that he’ll leave the name alone, there’s so much other stuff going on with work and his health and our families that fighting me over a name 8 days before my due date is silly! My back up name is [name]Archer[/name] [name]Perkins[/name], and I think he’d rather deal with using [name]Silas[/name] than with using my maiden name lol!
