I need help naming my fifth due in [name_u]June[/name_u]. He will be my second boy. DH and I haven’t really discussed names but because it’s not our first rodeo I already have a list of names we like/ still like from our previous pregnancies. Older siblings are: (using symbols for privacy)

Nameberry helped me name my last 3. Middle names are honor names or have significance to us like [name_u]January[/name_u] for example for the month my husband and I met. We like artsy international names. I would rather NOT repeat a letter but that’s not set in stone. Names I like this time:
[name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] (this was front runner for my first son, DH doesn’t love it)
[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] (DH wants just [name_f]Indy[/name_f])
[name_m]Rome[/name_m]

[name_m]Briggs[/name_m]
Coast (I love this one, DH thinks it’s too try hard)

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] ”ndigo and [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] from your list! [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] is also adorable because reminds me of [name_m]Little[/name_m] House on The [name_u]Prairie[/name_u] (via author, [name_f]Laura[/name_f]), which I think softens it up just right. It’s quite possibly the only surname-name I can get behind.
Your son’s middle name is Lightning, but your husband thinks Coast is trying too hard? [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is my favorite name from your list, although you’ll have to excuse me for having a hard time believing this is for a real family.

The problem w [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] is I shared it w a friend of mine who was having her 4 Th boy and she used it but we have since moved to a different state and she has also moved. Also your user name is killing me! As a mom of a [name_f]Lila[/name_f] (leelah) we get so many different pronunciations. [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Noor[/name_f] by the way!
@boyandgirl me too. @southern.maple like u I am a senior member who came here for naming help over 6 years ago when I was pregnant w my second child since then I have posted on and off to give my input to others and when I had my 2 other babies. U can look through my posting profile and see that I am legit. With middle names we feel a little more freedom to go crazy. I am NOT a fan of lightning at all as a name but I felt like if I didn’t use it as a middle for our son my husband would try to use it in our next pregnancy. Plus it’s a middle name and my DH loved it so much I caved. We recently moved from a large city to a smaller town so we are feeling a slight need to be more conservative w this babies name.

I think [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] and [name_u]Mars[/name_u] are the best fits style-wise with your other children. I’d use [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] as the first name to avoid a repeat initial, and [name_u]Mars[/name_u] as your second middle name, with something more conservative in the middle if you want to play it a little safer this time round. Or, since you love [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] so much, how about [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] [name_u]Mars[/name_u]?
Another thought is to continue the musical + weather theme of your first son’s middle name by using the name of another musician + [name_u]Mars[/name_u]. Maybe something like [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Dexter[/name_u] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] ([name_u]Dexter[/name_u] [name_m]Gordon[/name_m]), [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] ([name_f]Annie[/name_f] [name_u]Lennox[/name_u]), [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_m]Bowie[/name_m] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] ([name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Bowie[/name_m]), [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_m]Hendrix[/name_m] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] ([name_m]Jimi[/name_m] [name_m]Hendrix[/name_m]) or [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_m]Zephaniah[/name_m] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] ([name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Zephaniah[/name_m]).

[name_u]Indigo[/name_u]- Like it. Like [name_m]Indio[/name_m] a little better. I wouldn’t go with just [name_f]Indy[/name_f] if you aren’t racing fans.
[name_m]Rome[/name_m]- For me this is too rhyme-y with [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] and [name_f]Boheme[/name_f].
[name_u]Mars[/name_u] -Least favorite as a first name. Most teasing potential, least pleasant sound.

Coast - [name_u]Love[/name_u] the imagery but not digging the word as a name. It can so easily sound like “ghost” when you’re just speaking casually, and the longer I look at it the more I think of coasters.
I think [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] [name_m]Indio[/name_m] [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] or [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] [name_m]Briggs[/name_m] would be sweet.

We had [name_f]Juno[/name_f], [name_f]Cosima[/name_f] and [name_f]Thisbe[/name_f] on our girls list this time around, that is until we found out it’s a boy. I agree w u that style wise [name_u]Mars[/name_u] and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] go best. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though I like zephyr is seems out of place next to soft Miro. I would rather not repeat a letter because I come from a family of 4 siblings who all have the SAME exact initials. I was also thinking of doing a nature/ musical middle like Miro has. I was thinking [name_m]Django[/name_m] or [name_m]Hendrix[/name_m]. [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] is an awesome suggestion. For a second middle I was thinking [name_u]Canyon[/name_u] or [name_u]Oak[/name_u]. I also really like the name [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] but I feel like it’s been over done in the city and maybe style wise off?

[name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] is lovely; I don’t think it would feel off style-wise as a middle. [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] [name_u]Oak[/name_u] or [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] [name_u]Mars[/name_u] both work really well [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
What about [name_m]Thor[/name_m], or my preferred variant [name_m]Tor[/name_m], as one of the middles, for “thunder” to match your other son’s Lightning?
