I love puzzling names to fit best for siblings, so I’ve had an idea for a game!

Person one lists a few children who are being adopted into the family of the next person. Anywhere from 1-6 kids, current names and ages - and, importantly, the name and surnames of the birth parent(s). The next person adopts the children and respectfully changes their names to suit, following the rules the first person set out. For example:

Person 1 -

Three children are being adopted:

Rona Maria Garcia, age 4 (birth mother is Isabella Maria Garcia, unknown birth father)
Adrian Emilio Garcia, age 4 (birth mother is Isabella Maria Garcia, unknown birth father)
Cammie Josefine Milano, age 1 (birthmother is Isabella Maria Garcia, birth father is Josef Juan Milano)

The family they are being adopted into is:

Evelina Patricia McNamara & Emma Danielle McNamara
& their 2 year old daughter, Francesca Patricia McNamara.

Rona only wants to be called Rosie or Ro, and Adrian goes by his middle name, Emilio. Cammie is her full name, not a nickname, and her older siblings call her Mimi.

Person 2 -

After talking about how best they can respect their existing names, Evelina & Emma name their children:

Rosa Maria Garcia McNamara [from Rona Maria Garcia]
Adrian Emilio Garcia McNamara [not changed much, only surname added]
Camilla Josefine Isabella McNamara [changed Cammie to Camilla as a combination of her first and sur -name: Cammie Milano. Her middle name stayed the same and her birth mother’s first name was added to honour her, since her sister Rosa shares her middle name with her birth mother and both the twins also share their mother’s surname as their second middle name]

So the whole family is called:

Evelina Patricia McNamara & Emma Danielle McNamara

Rosa Maria Garcia McNamara (4)
Adrian Emilio Garcia McNamara (4)
Francesca Patricia McNamara (2)
Camilla Josefine Isabella McNamara (1)

Evelina & Emma: Rosa, Adrian, Francesca & Camilla
Eva & Emma: Rosie, Miles/Emil/Milo, Frankie & Cammie/Mimi

Next two children are adopted into the Wilder family:

Margueritte Sunderland, age 18m (birth mother is Sarah Sunderland, no middle names for either, birth father unknown)
and Oskar Sunderland, newborn (birth mother is Sarah Sunderland, no middle names for either, birth father unknown)

The are being adopted by Thomas Yves Wilder & Florence Katherine Hales, who don’t yet have any children.

Person 3 -

And so forth and so forth. Maybe this is too complicated but I feel like it could be fun. The idea is to try to honour the existing names/family members/birth parents as well as fit the names with the new surname/sibling sets, etc.
