What names do you think we be on trend, most popular, or reappear in about 10-15 years?
Elizabeth always seems popular to me, but I feel with short names becoming popular now, longer names will make a comeback and I feel more gender neutral names will begin to make it in the charts!
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_f]Primrose[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f]
[name_f]Opal[/name_f]
Coast
[name_u]Ryder[/name_u]
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m]
[name_u]Beau[/name_u]
[name_u]Flynn[/name_u]
Names ending in -ana will get even more popular, based on what I’ve seen. (ie. [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], [name_f]Aviana[/name_f])
Whimsical names like [name_u]Wilder[/name_u], [name_u]Cove[/name_u], [name_m]Caspian[/name_m], and [name_m]Forrest[/name_m] will rise.
Masculine names as feminine names will continue to grow in popularity, and more unisex names will move up the charts.
I think names like [name_m]Elio[/name_m], [name_m]Thiago[/name_m], [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], [name_f]Alessia[/name_f], and [name_f]Zara[/name_f] that are cool and easy to pronounce in multiple languages will be popular in the future. [name_m]Plenty[/name_m] of top names already fit this criteria ([name_f]Sofia[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_m]Mateo[/name_m]) but I think newer choices will see a big rise.
More longer names and nature names. I think gender neutral will become bigger too.
I think a resurgence of the classics will come back.
I think “cool” names like [name_u]Ryder[/name_u], [name_m]Crew[/name_m], [name_u]Grayson[/name_u], [name_u]Arya[/name_u], [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] (g), and [name_u]Emory[/name_u]/Emery will continue to be popular. I also think common names like [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f], and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] will drop off in the near future and then in like 10-15 years start to come back. [name_u]Nature[/name_u] names and gender neutral names are on the rise as well and I expect those to keep rising in popularity. I see gender neutral names and nature names to be in the top 10 in a decade.
