Personally, I don’t think it’s that big a deal.
I’ve never had to use my initials, not even once in my life and I’ve never even discussed the topic with friends. And to be honest? If my initials were BJ I’d find it pretty funny and wouldn’t have a problem with it

I don’t think it’s any different to a boy having the initials BJ, and I know several! So I think it would be fine, maybe it would be an easy tease when she’s in her teens, but I don’t think it would be that obvious as mostly her initials will be BB or BJB, rather than simply BJ, and I don’t think it would leave any lasting damage.
I would use the name if I love them, but if it bothers you, I would suggest [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Fawn[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f].
I don’t think it’s a problem, honestly. My brother’s initials are BJF and it wasn’t an issue. I actually know a family with four daughters, all around my age and all with the initials BJP and I don’t remember anyone ever making a big deal about it.
Ha! I assume you are worried about the sexual act reference? That didn’t cross my mind until I thought about it for a good long minute, honestly, as I was trying to think of why BJ would be so bad. I have a friend named BJ, a boy, and I’ve never known him to get teased for his name. I doubt she will ever exclusively use her initials to really have to worry about it!
I was going to say it was fine, but I think the butcher part might push it over the edge, especially since you are already thinking about it. What about [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Gwen[/name_f]? It has a similar sound to [name_u]June[/name_u]/[name_f]Jane[/name_f] and matches [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] with another Welsh name.
With the last name [name_m]Butcher[/name_m], I would definitely not give my daughter BJ initials. If you love [name_f]Jane[/name_f] & [name_u]June[/name_u] so much, maybe change the first name. You already have a B-named child…
I wouldn’t use the initials BJ for a boy, either, lol. Obvs it’s not a guarantee that they would get that sort of teasing, but I wouldn’t be comfortable with that possibility
I don’t think BJ as initials is an issue. I go to school with a kid who actually goes by his initials BJ instead of his actual name. Especially if you don’t plan on calling her BJ, I don’t see why you shouldn’t use [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]!
For me it’s really not a big problem, particularly as it’s a middle initial. In my experience, I’ve only ever had to use my first and last initial, and even then, quite rarely. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] is gorgeous, and if it’s your favourite name, I think you should go ahead and use it! 
I voted no, but I have a [name_m]BIL[/name_m] whose initials are BJ, and that’s what he goes by. He’s fine. And your daughter probably would be too! [name_m]Just[/name_m] my personal vote, I tend to over analyze things and that would be a deal breaker for me, especially with your last name.
Most people won’t even know her middle name. I’d use the name you love.
I must be missing something, because BJ means absolutely nothing to me. If there is an unfortunate connection I wouldn’t say it’s a deal breaker, especially if you really love the name. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] is wonderful - really rich and bloomy and flowery.
I wouldn’t do it if it was her last & first name, but since it’s her middle & first I don’t think it matters. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_m]Butcher[/name_m] is a great name btw! I love it, it sounds so badass.
