How does one lose access to The Lounge? I just noticed I no longer have access.

You need to have trust level 3 - “Regular”. This includes a bunch of conditions defined by Discourse, like a minimum recent read time, amount of posts, not having been flagged etc. The numbers are pretty high if you ask me and hard to reach. Maybe you just haven’t been posting as much as you used to?

Yes, I haven’t been as active lately as I have been in the past. But still on here nearly everyday. I guess I didn’t realize your trust level could be downgraded!

I wasn’t aware of that either! I’m pretty sure mine was set manually so the rules are probably much different there.

If you don’t fall in the criteria, then you can get downgraded from tl3+

Only TL3 can be downgraded and earned back- you’re still TL2!

Here’s a useful article on the Trust Level system. The old news is that it always takes the last 100 days into account, so it doesn’t take as long to get TL3 back as it does to get TL3 in the first place.
