What do you think about the name [name_u]Evian[/name_u]? I know there’s the relation to the bottled water but im not to concerned about that … i could also do different spellings evynne, eviann etc
Also thoughts on fitting middle names?
Her nickname would be evie
When I saw this post i thought it was a boys name. It’s ok, but I’d prefer it on a boy.
Evi-ahn
I think it’s really cute! I thought about the water bottle but to me that’s a company I rarely get it from so I never think about it!
I like it, your pronunciation is cool and definitely fits for a girl.

@Kipperbo1 ditto
My association is a young dancer named [name_u]Evian[/name_u] so I do see the name as more feminine. It does make me think of the water though.
Honestly, I just think of the water brand, and I don’t know how usable it is due to that. But possibly the brand is bigger here in Europe than in the US?
The sound is quite pretty, and [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is a sweet nickname. Maybe [name_u]Evian[/name_u] [name_u]Lark[/name_u] or [name_u]Evian[/name_u] [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]?
Evian is kind of cute

I think [name_u]Evian[/name_u] the water might have been more ubiquitous in the 90s than today, but personally the association is too strong imho.
I also thought it was supposed to be in the boy names category. It’s not personally my style and at first glance it seems like a misspelling of [name_u]Evan[/name_u]. I think it has a nice [name_u]French[/name_u] appeal sound-wise, but do agree it seems like a boy name. Maybe Evianne? But that may get “ev-ee-ann” instead. I’m not sure, but overall, it’s just nms.
I did not think of the bottled water. I think it’s a really nice name! As people have said, she will likely be called [name_u]Evan[/name_u], by accident, sometimes. [name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] and teachers often said [name_u]Michael[/name_u] or [name_m]Mitchell[/name_m] while calling the roll on the first day I didn’t like it, but it wasn’t the worst thing ever. If you love this name, I think you should use it!!
