The Name Extravaganza! (✿◠‿◠)

To say the least, I’m very indecisive about naming my characters. I’ve decided to pile a list of unnamed characters for all the berries of the land (that’s you, silly!) to help me name. To give you a sense of my style, I adore strange names. The stranger, the better. I feel like strange names stick in people’s heads a lot better then the average [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_m]Bob[/name_m]. Here’s some characters that need a good one two naming. Only rule here is no object or word names, like [name_f]Peaches[/name_f] or [name_f]Happy[/name_f]. Get to it, berries!

  1. She is the overbearing mother for my mama’s boy character, [name_m]Rocko[/name_m]. She is very feminine and always seems to be worried about something, especially if it has to do with her son. Her sixteen year old son, [name_m]Rocko[/name_m], adores her and never wants to be away from her. She’s sweet, sincere, and a lot tougher than she looks. I’ve considered the names [name_f]Loulou[/name_f] and [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f].

  2. He is the childhood (and adulthood) bully for my one of my main characters, [name_m]Merwin[/name_m]. He’s malicious, sly, and willing to do anything to torment [name_m]Merwin[/name_m]. He likes to feel like he owns the city and he usually spends his time roaming downtown with his mob of followers. He dresses in punk style. I’ve considered the names Frizellie, [name_m]Ace[/name_m], and [name_m]Quimby[/name_m].

  3. He is the high school poetry teacher of one of my main characters, [name_m]Merwin[/name_m]. He’s quirky, but gives some pretty wise advice to [name_m]Merwin[/name_m]. [name_m]Merwin[/name_m] was bullied throughout high school by the above character of this list and this teacher was always there and had his back. I’ve considered the name Mr. Zontini.

  4. She is the granddaughter of her ridiculously wealthy grandparents, [name_u]Kingsley[/name_u] and [name_f]Princella[/name_f] Richington. She’s a very snooty character, but she tends to be a bit less snooty toward her friends. She’s very chatty and could talk for hours about her new pair of $1000 shoes. She’s a dainty perfectionist with fierce flair. I’ve considered the names [name_f]Arlette[/name_f] and [name_f]Arletta[/name_f].

  5. She is obsessed with animals and runs a pet shop. She’s very peaceful even though her animals aren’t the same. She spends her time joyriding around in her 1960’s van, full of her pets. I’ve considered the name [name_f]Pawla[/name_f].

  6. He is the grumpy neighbor that lives down the street from one of my main characters, [name_f]Petal[/name_f]. [name_f]Petal[/name_f] adores flowers, and grows them all over her yard. This neighbor absolutely despises flowers because he’s allergic to them, so him and [name_f]Petal[/name_f] butt heads pretty often. He is very old and has seen a lot in his day. I haven’t considered any names yet.

  7. He is a charming magician with not very much story around him yet. All I know is that not many of his magic tricks really work. Well, maybe one. The one where all the money disappears out of his audience’s pockets. I haven’t considered any names yet.

  1. [name_f]Loulou[/name_f] and [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] fit very well in my opinion, and [name_f]Loulou[/name_f] works much better than [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] in this case. I think maybe [name_f]Gerda[/name_f] or [name_f]Imala[/name_f] would work because of the meanings, though they don’t sound quite right to me. [name_m]Tam[/name_m] came to mind, though I don’t know why.

  2. I don’t feel like [name_m]Ace[/name_m], [name_m]Quimby[/name_m], or Frizellie would work, though I like [name_u]Jace[/name_u], [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m], and [name_u]Rishi[/name_u], too.

  3. Mr. Zontini or Mr. [name_m]Gable[/name_m] fit perfectly well, I think.

  4. [name_f]Arlette[/name_f] and [name_f]Arletta[/name_f] are great, I also think that [name_f]Mareina[/name_f], [name_f]Dasha[/name_f], and [name_f]Reine[/name_f] seem to fit her.

  5. I feel like the pun on [name_f]Pawla[/name_f] is a little too obvious. What about [name_f]Petra[/name_f], [name_f]Pierette[/name_f], [name_f]Pella[/name_f], or [name_f]Didi[/name_f]?

  6. [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], [name_m]Eldridge[/name_m], [name_m]Arne[/name_m], [name_m]Herman[/name_m], and [name_m]Gunther[/name_m] as possible fn, and [name_m]Hardy[/name_m] or [name_m]Palmer[/name_m] could work for a surname.

  7. [name_u]Micah[/name_u], [name_m]Malachi[/name_m], Mechelech, or [name_m]Tobiah[/name_m] all come to mind.

Here are my ideas, feel free to swap around, combine, whatever you think works
