What do you think of the name Noa?

Do you think it works for a sister to Freya? The repetition in the ‘a’ endings doesn’t bother me.

i’m not a huge fan of noa, it feels a little incomplete to me and i think with the popularity of noah for a boy it could be confusing. i prefer noelle. however, i can see why people like it as it’s short and sweet. i think freya and noa go nicely together the endings matching actually draws them together quite well.

Hm, Noa wouldn’t come to mind for me when thinking about a sister for Freya, but it does work!

Overall, I agree with the points that the previous poster made. It’s an alright name, but the popularity of Noah is a downside.

noa is lovely! freya and noa belong to slightly different styles imo, but they still work perfectly well together.

I love the name [name_u]Noa[/name_u] for a girl. I think Noa(h) is commonly seen as unisex now so it shouldn’t be an issue with people seeing it as a “boy” name. I think [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m] has helped with that. I think it’s a beautiful, soft name. And I think it goes very well with [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. They are slightly different styles but that doesn’t really matter in real life and in this case the similar endings sound so sweet together.

I am not keen because I think it sounds like a trendy version of what already is a lovely name of [name_u]Noah[/name_u].

I like [name_u]Noa[/name_u]! I think as a girls name it works much better than [name_u]Noah[/name_u]. It also reminds me of [name_u]Nova[/name_u] and [name_f]Noelle[/name_f].
[name_u]Noa[/name_u] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] go surprisingly well together

i really like noa, but i don’t think that it’s the best fit with freya.

perhaps nova would fit better?

[name_u]Noa[/name_u] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] are an eclectic sibling set ! I love how they compliment each other and have the similar a ending but also have unique but contemporary styles. Where [name_f]Freya[/name_f] / [name_f]Freja[/name_f] feels more international, and [name_u]Noa[/name_u] feels more unisex / Hawaiian

I really like [name_u]Noa[/name_u] with a longer more classic middle
[name_u]Noa[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_u]Noa[/name_u] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]

While I’m not keen on [name_u]Noa[/name_u] I do think it works fine for Freya’s sister.
