THE NAME [name_u]SAGE[/name_u] GAME!
Am I the only one who’s ever wanted to make up a fake scenario and send it to the Name [name_u]Sage[/name_u], just 'cause I wanted a sibling for a favorite name? Yes? Welll…for those people like me, you’re in luck because I was inspired by [name_u]Abby[/name_u]'s column “The Name [name_u]Sage[/name_u]” to make a game.
It’s simple. Person A comes up with a name for themselves and a scenario. Person B comes up with the names and stuff. I’d do an example but it’s too long.
I’ll start—
[name_m]NOLAN[/name_m] [name_m]JOSEPH[/name_m]'S TWIN [name_f]SISTER[/name_f]— WE NEED A NAME! AND FAST!
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and her husband, [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], just found out their perfectly named boy, [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], is going to have a twin! Should they change [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]'s name with his sister’s or work around it?
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] is due in [name_u]July[/name_u].

People were joking I’m so big it might be twins, well they were right! Now my baby [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is having a twin. [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]'s the only name my husband, [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], and I could agree on. Now, [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]'s going to have a sister! Eek!
I’m not great at matching names, honestly. I. NEED. HELP.
If [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] was a girl, we considered many names-
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f](called [name_f]Pippa[/name_f]), [name_f]Pansy[/name_f]/[name_f]Tansy[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]/[name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_f]Mara[/name_f], [name_f]Nova[/name_f], [name_u]Nicola[/name_u], or [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f]/[name_f]Elise[/name_f].
But, unless you find a better name for [name_f]Nova[/name_f] and [name_u]Nicola[/name_u], we do not want to be matchy matchy with two N names!
