I love [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] [name_m]Forrest[/name_m]! I think it works!!
I’m familiar with [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] as a surname so for me it works just fine in a boy. I also love [name_u]Theo[/name_u].
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I think that [name_u]Theo[/name_u] [name_u]Merritt[/name_u] is nice, although I prefer [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] nn [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. [name_u]Wynn[/name_u], however, does seem more interesting & unexpected. I kind of like it for a boy or a girl, but I think that traditionally it’s a Welsh boy name. Another idea is to use [name_u]Win[/name_u] as a nn for something like [name_m]Corwin[/name_m], [name_m]Edwin[/name_m], [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] (on top of my very favorite list!), [name_u]Owen[/name_u], [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] or [name_m]Winston[/name_m].
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
I think [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] is too short & nicknamey to use alongside older brothers [name_m]Landon[/name_m] and [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m]. I agree with “michellem” in using a longer version like [name_m]Winston[/name_m] or [name_m]Corwin[/name_m].
I like both these options! I think [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] matches more stylistically with [name_m]Landon[/name_m] and [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m]. I think it does have a generally unisex sound, but I think that’s due to [name_u]Wyn[/name_u]/[name_f]Winnie[/name_f] being a nickname for [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] or [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f].
Other names that are similar to [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] but maybe more masculine are [name_m]Winston[/name_m], [name_m]Wesley[/name_m], [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], and [name_m]Wiley[/name_m].
I think [name_u]Theo[/name_u] [name_u]Merritt[/name_u] fits better with the siblings. It has the same long and regal sound.
